RE:BALANCE

1. Promoter

This competition is run by AR-Veda (Pty) Ltd, trading as RE:BALANCE, hereinafter referred to as “the Promoter”. The Promoter’s contact details are available at www.rebalanceforher.co.za.

2. Competition Overview

The RE:BALANCE “Year Supply for You and Your Bestie” giveaway (“the Competition”) is a social media and email-based promotion designed to celebrate the RE:BALANCE community. One winner will receive a 12-month supply of RE:BALANCE Menopause Support for themselves and their nominated best friend.

3. Eligibility

1. The Competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years and older.
2. Employees of AR-Veda (Pty) Ltd, Badaboom Media, their immediate family members, and any persons involved in the administration of this Competition are not eligible to enter.
3. Entrants must hold a valid Instagram account that is set to public for the duration of the Competition.
4. By entering, the entrant confirms they meet all eligibility requirements.

4. Competition Period

The Competition opens on 1 June 2026 at 08:00 (SAST) and closes on 15 June 2026 at 23:59 (SAST). Entries received outside this window will not be considered.

5. How to Enter

To qualify as a valid entry, the entrant must complete all three steps below during the Competition period:

Step 1 — Follow RE:BALANCE on Instagram

Follow the official RE:BALANCE Instagram account (@rebalanceforher) for the duration of the Competition. Accounts that unfollow prior to the winner draw will be disqualified.

Step 2 — Tag Your Bestie and Post

Publish a public post on Instagram that includes a photo of yourself and tag @rebalanceforher in the post. In the caption, tag your nominated best friend and include the hashtag #REBALANCEBesties.

Step 3 — Register on the RE:BALANCE Mailing List

Visit the competition landing page via the link in RE:BALANCE’s Instagram bio and register your name and email address. Incomplete registrations will not constitute a valid entry.

Important entry conditions:

• Only one entry per person is permitted.
• Entries submitted by third parties, bots, or automated systems will be disqualified.
• Accounts set to private will not be eligible.
• A Story tag alone, without a qualifying feed post, does not constitute a valid entry.
• The nominated bestie does not need to be an Instagram follower to qualify.

6. The Prize

One winner and their nominated best friend will each receive 12 units of RE:BALANCE Menopause Support supplement, one unit per month for 12 months. The prize is awarded to two recipients: the winner and their nominated bestie.

Prize conditions:

• Each prize parcel contains 12 units of RE:BALANCE Menopause Support.
• The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any alternative reward under any circumstances.
• Prize delivery is limited to physical addresses within South Africa only.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value in the event of stock constraints.
• The nominated bestie must provide a valid South African delivery address to receive their prize parcel.
• The winner and their bestie must each be willing to provide a written product testimonial as described in Section 7 below.

7. Testimonial Requirement

As a condition of accepting the prize, both the winner and their nominated bestie agree to provide a product testimonial to RE:BALANCE. By accepting the prize, both recipients confirm their agreement to the following:

1. A written testimonial of no fewer than 100 words must be submitted to RE:BALANCE within 60 days of receiving their prize parcel.
2. The testimonial must reflect the recipient’s honest and genuine experience with the RE:BALANCE Menopause Support product.
3. Testimonials may be used by RE:BALANCE and AR-Veda (Pty) Ltd across digital marketing channels, email communications, social media, and the RE:BALANCE website, with attribution to the recipient’s first name only unless otherwise agreed.
4. The recipient retains the right to review the testimonial before publication and may request reasonable edits to correct factual errors.
5. Failure to provide a testimonial within the stipulated period may result in the prize being withheld or recalled at the Promoter’s discretion.
6. Recipients who experience no benefit from the product are not obligated to fabricate positive feedback. Honest feedback, including neutral or constructive comments, is accepted and valued.

8. Winner Selection

1. One winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Competition period.
2. The draw will take place within five business days of the Competition closing date.
3. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. The winner will be notified via a public comment on their qualifying Instagram post and by direct message to the email address provided at registration within two business days of the draw.
5. If the winner does not respond within five business days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9. Privacy and Data

By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering this Competition and communicating RE:BALANCE updates via the mailing list. The Promoter will not share personal information with third parties except as required by law. Entrants may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time. The Promoter handles all personal data in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

10. Content and Intellectual Property

By entering, the entrant grants the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to share, repost, or feature their qualifying entry on RE:BALANCE’s social media platforms and marketing materials for a period of 12 months, with credit. The entrant retains ownership of their content.

11. General Conditions

1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition or these Terms and Conditions at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
2. The Promoter accepts no liability for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, or misdirected due to technical issues.
3. The Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Competition or use of the prize.
4. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
5. Participants release Instagram and Meta Platforms from any liability in connection with this Competition.
6. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
7. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining terms will continue in full force.
